Booking Procedure:

The Reservation/Booking form should send to ASIA IDEAL Travel & Tour Co.ltd email to  [email protected],[email protected],[email protected] or phone to +95 09 5412545, +95 9 428501771, +95 9 5132611, +95 9 970025555.We, Our Asia Ideal will reply or respond email /phone as soon as we received the enquiry.

 

Quotation & Confirmation:

All confirmation are reply via email or phone within working hours and reply email for booking status of the time of reservation.

We reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of rate/ price increase in exchange rate or others supplier/wholesales likes Airlines, Hotel, and transportation. For international exchange rate are beyond our control and we reserve the right to apply the increase amount. In that case happened, you are required to pay the according the prices when you are notified by us.

 

Payment Policy:

Once Booking is confirmed, you are required to make the 30% deposit payments to secure the Booking. The balance of any booking dues 10 days before arrival Date.

 

Payment:

The acceptable payment are bank transfer or cash payment. For the bank transfer, we can negotiate before making the payment.

 

Cancellation Policy:

All the cancellation booking need to writing and acknowledged by Asia Ideal Travel & Tour Co.ltd.

IF there is a charge, we negotiate with Hotel, flights and We, Asia Ideal Travel & Tour do no charge for cancellation Fee.

 

For the cancel booking, the Cancellation can applied as below:

-Cancel between more than 30 days departure: there is no cancellation charge

-Cancel between 21-15 days arrival/travel date: 25 % of total tour price

-Cancel between 14-07 days arrival/travel date: 50 % of total tour price

-Cancel between 07-03 days arrival/travel date: 75 % of total tour price

-Cancel before 02 days arrival /travel date: 100 % of total tour price
